Nestled in a 1,000 acre nature reserve (the Pennypack Ecological Restoration Trust), this country home is within close proximity to Philadelphia, provides guests a relaxing setting, beautiful home, pool and pool studio and lots of activities to keep a family or group gathering entertained. Enjoy The Creek!! This beautiful stone home with modern fit-out and amenities, including a pool and studio/pool house provides wonderful accommodation in a relaxing setting. The home is situated on 6 acres of land that includes a creek passing thru and borders an 1,800 acre nature reserve with biking, hiking and horse riding trails. Guests will have access to this beautiful property including all aspects of the home, pool (May thru September) and studio/pool house, as well as direct access to the beautiful landscapes surrounding. There is little to no interaction with guests. We can assist with arranging daily cleaning, a chef, massage therapist and yoga and pilates instructor at the request of guests. PennyPack Trust: The PennyPack Trust is a thousand acre park of protected fields, woodlands and wildlife. The Creek is one of only a few houses located within the trust. We highly recommend you explore the many magnificent trails that wind their way throughout the property. The Creek is located near the historic community of Bryn Athyn. The Bryn Athyn cathedral, Cairnwood estate and the Glencairn museum are national historic landmarks that reflect European Grandeur. This property is an ideal accommodation option for out of town guests attending weddings in the nearby area, especially at Huntingdon Valley Country Club, Bryn Athyn Cathedral or any of the other venues in the surrounding Willow Grove, Huntingdon Valley, Montgomery County or Bucks County venues. There is no public transport nearby. We would recommend any guests to arrange for their own car.
