This large ranch-style home is located steps from Hearst Ranch Winery's Vineyard and Paso Robles Tasting Room, and surrounded by neighboring wineries. The home is very private with ease of access to Paso Robles' charming downtown brimming with celebrated restaurants and boutique shops. This beautiful and historic home features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, living room, atrium sitting room, laundry room and outdoor entertaining space equipped with hot tub, patio furniture, BBQ and fire pit. New Mexican tile flooring, tile bathrooms and original oak flooring accent the professionally decorated interior. Flat screen TV's with Direct TV are located in every bedroom as well as the living room. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, appliances, and basic spices for use during your stay. Home has forced air heat and air conditioning for your comfort. Bedroom Setup: Bedroom #1: The West Master Bedroom features a king sized bed, closet space, dresser, flat screen TV, sitting area, and private en suite bathroom. Bedroom #2: The East Master Bedroom features a king sized bed, closet space, dresser, flat screen TV, and private en suite bathroom.
