Close to VU and amazing downtown

Relax and enjoy your time in Valparaiso in this charming, fully furnished downtown home. Recently decorated with plenty of room for kids and a fenced-in backyard. Close to great downtown restaurants and VU activities. Comfort and charm. Wood floors, cedar 3 season room. Front porch with swing. 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with 2 twin beds. There is also a twin rollaway (fold up) bed available. Central air, water softener, and fully appointed kitchen. We list as accommodating 5 people meaning adults. Every situation is different, so if you aren't sure about whether this house would accommodate your group, send me an email and we can discuss it. Entire main floor of house as well as front and back porch, and fenced back yard. Does not include driveway or garage. As much or little as you like. I'm happy to help you narrow the choices for dinner at any of the wonderful restaurants that the area has to offer. Dog sitters, childcare, vet or medical care, grocery stores, etc. I've lived in Valpo for 35 years so can find most anything! While I won't be in your hair, I'm available if you need me. :) Tall trees and quiet streets. Local parks within walking distance. Valparaiso University also within walking distance. The ARC is visible from the back porch! Our beautiful downtown restaurants and cultural activities are also just a few blocks away V-line bus stops within a block away. V-line runs all day with stops at shopping centers, downtown Valpo and Valparaiso University's campus.
