The Eastcliff Villa

This little cozy one bedroom apt. is very charming. It features a 3 hole putting green, an indoor full bathroom and an outdoor shower with hot water, freshly decorated with new bedroom and living room furniture, a kitchen area with dishes and glassware, plenty of closets for storage and hanging clothes. beach passes for local private beach. We welcome all but the place is not suitable for young children. The putting green is for use. I am available by text or email. I give my guest their space as I would want it if I was the one living in the apt. My neighborhood is very quiet. It's really great for anyone who wants peace and tranquility. It's safe and we watch out for each other. While one may need a car to get around, it offers a very active life style if you love to walk. The view of the Sound is spectacular and if you happen to catch our sunset, you will not believe that you are still in Long Island. It's absolutely car dependent, if you decide not to drive, a ride with Uber will get you everywhere. If you bring you bike, my yard is safe for storage. Port Jefferson Station is a 10 minutes cab ride if you want to venture to NYC. The beach is at walking distance, for those who are active, otherwise it’s a 3 minutes drive and we have quite a bit of stairs to the sea level. the entrance is on Riverhead Road We are also 20 Minutes from Port Jeff, half an hour drive to Jake 58 the casino and 20 minutes from Baiting Hollow winery with live music and 30 minutes from Smith Haven mall.
