Quiet home, woods and waters near AuSable River

Welcome to our home! We live in a secluded property just one mile from Fairview, Michigan and 4 miles north of the AuSable River. On 20 acres you can explore the forest with small pond and creek, eat from the organic garden or shoot some hoops. Breakfast is included and I love to bake bread so hope you can enjoy that with us! The Handrich's Our home is open to you. Your room is in the basement- full of rose quilts. Basement also includes a large rec room for relaxing in private. Bathroom is upstairs with large shower. There is a second room also available to rent under "comfortable space." Feel free to roam the property and enjoy the deck and gardens. Our outdoor cats will greet you and you can gather eggs for your breakfast if you like ! I love to bake bread and have often taught bread classes, so if this interests you we can set up a lesson. We are set back off the gravel county road in a wooded area. Check the mail box for house address of 1901. No public transportation here! The Northern Michigan Relief Sale is the first weekend of August each year and is a lovely event to attend and support those less fortunate. Many handmade quilts, baked goods and auction items. All proceeds go to Mennonite Central Committee world relief.
