Your Home away from home! Spread-out in privacy in over 3200 sq ft in this pristine custom-built home. Home is exclusively used for Airbnb. Located in Johnston a suburb north of Des Moines and centrally located to many local attractions. Located less than 15 miles to Des Moines Airport, Prairie Meadows, Adventureland, Iowa Events Center, Downtown Des Moines and Jordan Creek Mall. Within a mile of many restaurants, Starbucks, grocery store and movie theater. The Space Gourmet kitchen fully stocked with basic utensils, flatware, cookware, etc for all your cooking needs as well as coffee to get you started in the morning. Full laundry, 5 bedrooms, 3 full-baths and 2 half-baths furnished with linens, towels and sundry items. Feel free to park your car(s) in the available 2 stalls in the garage as well as there is plenty of parking in the double-wide driveway. This house is located on a cul-de-sac with no street parking so all guest cars must be in the garage or in the driveway. Main level dining room opens to kitchen with large island and hearth room. Hearth room includes a gas fireplace for your use. Main floor master bedroom with large master bath featuring double vanities, shower and jet-tub. Second story has three large bedrooms, two of which share a jack and jill bath while the third bedroom has private bath. Home has a covered deck with grill and large backyard. Cable TV and WIFI available throughout the house. Home can accommodate more guests with a pull-out blow up twin couch. Basement is open and can accommodate more guests with blow up mattresses. However, we ask that no more than 15 people stay at the house. Please provide advance notice if this is something of interest so we can make arrangements for such. In addition, there is an additional charge of $10 per guest for guests over 5. We ask that you be honest when booking. For each additional guest the amount of time and expense to clean this large house goes up. It's important we know in advance what to expect when you leave. If determined more guests stay than previously booked we will request additional funds at a rate of $50 per additional guest. If you have any special requests please ask! We will do our best to accommodate as we want your stay to be as carefree as possible and to feel like home away from home. Guest access We use a keyless lock and will send you a door code for easy "check-in" and "check-out". You will have access to the entire house, come and go as you please without worrying about disturbing anyone. In the event you need something to make your stay more enjoyable I live 10 minutes away. That should be the only time you will see me. House is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac and in a very small neighborhood. There are only 2 streets both ending in a cul-de-sac.
