Lovely private bedroom suite

Our home is nestled in the midst of flora and fauna. We are approximately 30 minutes from Boston center and can only be accessed by car. People that choose to stay here, are surprised by the peace and quiet. The suite is located in the "East Wing" of the house, and our private area is in the "West Wing". This layout provides everyone with privacy. The suite is on the ground floor, the bedroom is light and airy with a queen size bed and private bathroom. There is a variety of toiletries for your convenience. In the closet there is a small refrigerator, iron and ironing board, and extra towels. WiFi is available along with premium Cable TV, Netflix, and HBOGo or use your personal streaming provider. We have 1 cat who loves bird watching and napping in the family room but does not go into the guest area. You are welcome to use the front entrance as you come and go. There is a private side entrance that leads directly to the bedroom suite. We ask that you use this entrance when returning after 9pm. Guests are welcome to use the family room off the kitchen, sit by the fireplace and enjoy the view out the window (see photo # 11). In good weather, feel free to sit outside and enjoy your breakfast on the patio. During extended stays, please speak with us if you need to use the washer-dryer or do some light cooking. JP is around the house and is happy to help if you need something. We value open and clear communication, so if you need anything or are uncertain of something, please ask. The amount of contact you want is up to you - from greetings, to breakfast, to shared conversations and laughs on the patio. If you are visiting the Boston area you might appreciate coming home after a long day to the only "noise" you will hear is from the birds. Places of interest within 15 minutes: Walden Pond, Town of Concord, and the Grist Mill at Longfellow's Wayside Inn. There is no public transportation in the town of Wayland. There are no streets lights in our neighborhood so you will need to drive with caution as we share the roads with deer, wild turkeys, foxes and coyotes. We are approximately 15 minutes to the Mass. Turnpike (I-90), I-95/128 and Route 9. Boston in approx. 30 minutes by car depending on the time and day. There is the commuter rail station approximately 10 minutes from the house in Lincoln or Weston. We have a second bedroom listing exclusively for people traveling together. This bedroom and private bathroom is on the same side of the house as the suite, and on the second floor. We offer breakfast (e.g. granola, yogurt, fresh fruits, croissant) and of course powerful dark French roast coffee or Tea in the family room.
