This cute and comfy cottage has it's own private entry off of the street, and easily accessible street parking (no parking permits required, no street sweeping). There is a private deck attached with comfortable seating and views of the garden. The cottage includes a kitchen with all of your cooking needs, a refrigerator, and a chef quality microwave (you can cook a chicken in it!), and a double burner hot plate for everything else. WiFi is included, as well as a TV, Amazon Firestick, and your own private Netflix account for all your entertainment needs. Within a two block walk, you'll find a local market, pizza place, pub and restaurant, a bakery/coffee shop, and a Farmer's Market every Sunday. There are multiple bus stops just down the street which can take you anywhere throughout the East Bay and even to San Francisco. Plus BART is only a fifteen minute jaunt away!
