Intentionally designed for short term stays, Brick House Upland is set to welcome you to Upland for your visit to Taylor University, Ivanhoes, Upland, or all that Grant County has to offer. With comfort a hotel cannot offer, we hope this welcoming space will allow you to relax and connect with your family and friends. Rates for most nights begin at $95 and increase for select and premium weekends. Use the search bar at the top of the page to start booking now. *Please note: Most weekends require a two night minimum The first floor of this 100 year old house has been renovated and updated. With a kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom this home provides you with a place to stay and hang out that is far more comfortable than a local hotel. The whole first floor of the house has been renovated and is available for you. The second floor is currently closed and cannot be accessed so you will be the only guests in the house. We are available by phone and most times can come by the house if needed. Across the street from Taylor University, this house provides easy access to campus if you are coming to visit a student or are a campus guest. One block off main street the house is easy to access as you come into town. Parking is available on the street in both the front and side of the house. This is a great place to stay if you are headed to Upland to visit Taylor University or Upland. We are particularly set up for over night guests and families. We are not a good location to come have a party.
