4 Season Muskoka cottage on Black Lake with Beach!

Located on Black Lake. 2 Hours north of Toronto. Perfect for boating, water skiing, tubing, canoeing, swimming and fishing. Open concept main living area with 30' ceilings, gourmet kitchen. Muskoka room with cathedral ceilings. Large deck with panoramic views of Black Lake. Boat rentals are available at local marina for reasonable rates. Maximum 10 guests If there is a fire ban in effect, guests must adhere to the ban. Outdoor firewood is not supplied please bring your own. Indoor firewood is available for purchase locally (hardwood only no soft wood). No outdoor firewood for inside fireplace (softwood). Kitchen is fully stocked with a the utensils you should need along with some spices and condiments. Large beach has a gradual entry. Great for small children. Currently there is 1 paddle boat, 1 paddle board, and 3 kayaks. Please bring your own beach towels. CLEANING - cleaning fee provides cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, counters/sink, floors and change of linens/towels. Cleaners are not responsible for garbage clean up, spills, loading dishwasher. Please leave ALL dishes clean and cleaners can empty dishwasher when they arrive. Guests are responsible for leaving grounds, amenities as they were found: -All videos, board games, marshmello roaster sticks put away. -The fridge must be cleaned out like you found it. -ALL GARBAGE MUST BE REMOVED ON CHECK OUT. There is garbage bin/box at the end of the driveway.
