Cozy, clean and Modern/Contemporary apartment on the lower level of the house In order to have access to the 3 rooms (full apartment), please book all 3 rooms, sleeping conformably 7guests with 1 bathroom to share If you book with us, you will have total privacy for you and you party Please make sure when you are booking tell us the exact # of Guests that are going to be in the apartment so we can prepare the beds, towels, etc This is a family home, owner live on the top floor of the house 🏡 Private entrance and access to an extremely modern, spacious accommodation. You can enjoy the fireplace for those cold seasons in MD. During the summer season you can enjoy the common outdoor area inclusive of spacious seating, lounge area and a gas grill. If too hot, please take advantage of WIFI access, NetFlix and karaoke 🎤 fun Day/night !! Wood fireplace, patio, spacious back yard, patio set to relax along with lounge chairs. We are extremely accommodating to open communication with our guests or if guests prefer their privacy, we respect their stay which is paramount to us hosting them. Whether you need Uber, Enterprise Rental- 2 miles, the Light Rail- 2.7 mile getting to your destination is a phone call away. We will assist you with your transportation reservations. Please inquire further with us upon your arrival. We are here to cater to any of your transportation needs. For those long-term guests we will accommodate these guests by changing their towels every other day.
