Private room in quiet neighborhood near hospital

This is a private room in our home with its own entry/exit. Queen bed with private vanity and full bathroom with tub/shower. This would be an ideal space for a traveling nurse or similar professional. Monthly rates are available upon request. Our home is located just minutes from Twin Falls and overlooking the beautiful Snake River and Rock Creek canyons. We are a 5 minute drive to the St. Luke's hospital and Sunway Soccer Complex. Specifically, the private bedroom is located in our daylight basement. A large dresser, nightstand, queen sized bed, walk in closet, reclining chair, and a large smart TV are located in the bedroom. Common areas include a covered patio, kitchenette with a Keurig, small refrigerator, freezer, sink, convection microwave, and nugget ice maker. Guests will have full use of our covered patio and yard. (Trampoline and swing set available at your own risk) There is direct access from the bedroom to the patio. We will be available to answer questions or assist with guest needs. We will loan out our children to train guests on the television operation as needed. :) We do have animals on the property but they are friendly and all outdoors or in designated areas of the home.
