Modern Chic Mainline Living Close to Everything

This is so much better than a star hotel room with rich marble floor, warm fireplace, brand new spacious bathroom and lots of room for a comfortable stay. There is a kitchenette area and shared gym space as well with a total of 800 sq ft of livable space. The bathroom is not attached to the bedroom but will be private for the guests. This is an entire lower level in our house which is newly renovated with great attention to detail and high quality finishes. the spacious bedroom has a fireplace, king bed and I can provide additional air mattress and it still provides lot of room to walk around. The kitchenette area has a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and a refrigerator. There is a threadmill with a television as well if you are interested. The preferred access for the guests is through our main door but there is a private entrance to the lower level as well if you chose to go in and out without having to go through the house. Please see pictures for a better understanding of the private entrance. we love meeting new people and interacting with them. We also give all the privacy if they need. This neighborhood needs no introduction with lots of things to do and restaurants to try. We can guide you to places if you need. SEPTA Regional Rail is walkable and there is also SEPTA Bus stop right on the lancaster ave outside our house We travel sometimes and the guests might have to enter the house from the walk-in entrance in the back if we aren’t home. We will let the guests know if that is the case before arrival.
