En Suite Bedroom in Villa Leone Forest House

Forest House is a unique property located in a very private wooded area in Williamstown, NJ. We have 1 en-suite King Bedroom that we are making available for short term rental; 30 days or less. This is the Robert Frost Room. The Robert Frost Room has a private bath with tub/shower. There is also a mini split unit that provides full temp control. Bar is open for use of guests. Guests have access to a Tesla electric car charger. The owners occupy the Master Bedroom and are there some of the time. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, living room, washer, dryer, billiard room, sauna, pool, hot tub, outdoor patio, Royal Reading Room. Guests are welcome to help themselves at the antique French Bar. We have a variety of spirits available compliments of Forest House. We also have a few beers cold for the enjoyment of our guests in the kitchen fridge. The room has a tub/shower, Roku tv; no cable tv in room, microwave, mini fridge and Nespresso coffee machine, For the listed daily price, up to 2 guests can stay from 3 to 31 nights. Guest will have code to the August Lock located on the front door Me and my wife will be in residence. Your privacy will be respected. Villa Leone Forest House sits on a very quiet private parcel in the woods of Williamstown, NJ There is plenty of outdoor parking at Forest House. A private reserved spot is set aside for our guests. If you drive a Tesla, we have a charging station you are welcome to use. We do have a well behaved 8 pound Papillon dog. Guests have access to a Tesla car charger For the duration of the pandemic, all guests are requested to wear masks if in close proximity to owners and to sign a Covid waiver.
