PLEASE NOTE: This listing does not take pets. The pool and spa are closed November through April. This is a queen bedroom with private en-suite bathroom and is located on the second floor of the home. This room does not have a television. Guests can use all first floor areas - formal living room, formal dining room, large kitchen and family room. Please note these areas may be shared with other guests dependent on bookings at the time or the host. External patio areas including fire pit, spa, lap pool and barbecue. May be shared as above note. The hillside grass and greenhouse area is not available to guests. If you wish to use the spa or pool please bring your own pool towels.PLEASE NOTE: the spa and pool are not in operation November through April. Access is via the main access to this home which is via a number of steps to the main entrance. Arrangements can be made during checkin and checkout for the guest to enter through the back entrance for luggage checkin and check out. Please note laundry facilities in the home are not available to Airbnb guests but host can recommend good local laundry facility. Host is available as much or as little as guest desires. The guests bedroom does not have a television but a television is available for guests in the main family room that the guest has access to. As per the house rules no outdoor shoes are to be worn inside the house.
