Lake Winnipesaukee - lakefront house with slip!

Come build memories at this beautiful lake front house with its own dedicated deep water slip (across the street), a large deck on the water with diving board, and another deck attached to the house. A sandy public beach , restaurants, and Mt Washington boat stop are only steps away. This well-kept house has an open concept, fully applianced modern kitchen, a 55" smart 4K Roku TV, 1 gig fiber internet/wi-fi, a jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms, grill*, all the comforts of home, and so much more. This house is right on Lake Winnipesaukee (across the street but nothing other than the street is in your way). The slip that is included in the rental will give you access to the entire lake which is 71 mi² (area) and 20.75 mi (length). -The whole house. -The dock on Lake Winni is shared with the guests staying in the guest house. -Public beach steps away. We are always a phone call or text away, but you will not see us unless there is a reason. We installed locks that allow you to enter with the code we provide you, so you can arrive whenever you like after the check-in time. We are pet-friendly, but there is a $50 charge per pet which covers the extra cleaning costs. If bringing a pet, please advise what type of pet(s) you are bringing when making the reservation. The house is across the street from the dedicated deep water boat slip, a large deck on Lake Winnipesaukee, and a short walk to a sandy public beach, many restaurants, ice cream shops, and stores. Parking for three cars in the driveways is included with the rental. There are lots of places to walk to, so no need to always get in your car to go places. -**Ask about weekday specials from November-March** (Sun-Thu night & non-holiday weeks) -The only address I’m providing to avoid complications is the one that brings you to the driveway, which is the back of the house: 14 Mariette Dr, Alton Bay (next door to 17 Mariette Dr). There is parking for three cars in the driveways directly behind the house (there is absolutely no other overnight parking, and only public parking on other streets during the day). -The people staying in the cottage next door will most likely walk through the side of the yard & down the front steps to get to the dock, as that will save them about about 5-10 minutes (we hope this is not an issue for anyone). The people renting the two slips from us may also pass through while you are staying at the house. -The street our house is on is windy, and we have a mirror on the deck that shows if cars are coming from the left so you can get a better view. Most people are fine with this, but I don't think you would want little kids crossing alone. -New ductless heating and air conditioning installed throughout the house. -We have a Keurig. -There are two grills left outside seasonally - one electric next to the house, and one gas/propane (to the left of the cottage next door and is shared with them). If you want to use it before/after the summer months, please give us a week's notice (or less if we are up there), and we'll leave it out for you.
