Newly Renovated 1840's Farmhouse 1.5 hrs from NYC

Our spacious Farmhouse has 2800 square feet, with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a cathedral ceiling kitchen, generous common spaces, period features like a dutch door and a stone fireplace... all freshly renovated in 2018. The Farmhouse is located on 3 primarily wooded acres with spaces for entertaining and for kids. It's easily accessible off I-84 and located ten minutes from Port Jervis, the gateway to the Delaware River Valley and the Catskills. The side garden features a dining table, grill and comfortable seating around the fire pit. The front porch has an old fashioned porch swing and stairs. There is small stream that you can walk alongside to the top of the property. Our guest book will detail how to use the house. We are an email/text/phone call away in Brooklyn and also have a local property manager. We are a 30 min., beautiful country road drive from Warwick (Bellvalle Creamery, Warwick Valley Vineyards, Pennings Farm Cidery and more) and multiple ski resorts (Mt. Peter, Big Bear, Holiday, Mountain Creek), 20 minutes from sweet Milford, PA (lots of antique shops and the restaurants at Hotel Fauchere for nights out) and High Point Park (hiking and lake with lifeguarded beach), and 10 minutes from happening Port Jervis (Cedar Lakes Estate, Fox n' Hare brewery, Foundry42, Twenty Seven Gallery, Delaware River rafting.) You'll need a car to get around, but the house is convenient to Port Jervis' NJRR station if some guests choose to arrive by train. There are cabs available from the train station. Calling all skiers! We are about 30min from multiple resorts and the Farmhouse is a cozy spot to relax and cook a big dinner apres ski.
