The Kitchen has been completely equipped with all the necessary accouterments needed for the chef in the group. Other handy features include a second prep sink, great small appliance selections, and front-loading laundry system close by. Additional seating at the large central island adds more casual options for breakfast, lunch, or afternoon coffee break. A mounted flat-screen TV keeps guests in touch with world events, or entertains the younger guest with Saturday cartoons during the morning cereal ritual! The Master Bedroom with a BRAND NEW, extremely comfortable king-size bed faces the front yard, where a manicured garden creates a serene backdrop to this tranquil room. A second Master Suite with a queen-size bed also offers a full bathroom that can also be cleverly accessed through a second door to the Kitchen. The third bedroom with 2 twin beds is colorful and charming. A hall bathroom has a shower and bathtub combination. Outdoors, the backyard Patio offers everything needed to round out a relaxing vacation with a barbecue, brand new spa, and a teak dining table. With the beach a short walk away, the outdoor shower is a very convenient feature to rinse off the sand from a day at the beach.
