The Green Mile - Comfortable home in Little Rock

Green Mile is an open floor plan, pet-friendly home with many modern conveniences you would like in a 2009 built energy-star efficiency home. Home is rustically furnished Japanese theme w/ new network technology to deliver WiFi while you stay just twenty minutes north of Little Rock and a mile away from Little Rock Air Force Base. Three bedrooms have beds, the fourth is a home office but can sleep on provided air mattress. Two bed sets are bunk beds, one bunk bed set is full sized adult. The home is fully furnished with rustic Japanese decor and an open vaulted ceiling. The back yard is a delight with the flagstone patio and fireplace as well as lots of trees and green plants. There is a big back yard for your children and pets to enjoy as well. The whole house is available to you. I'm available via a phone call, text, messaging, etc! Please notify of any issues at check-in. I won't be able to compensate you if the house has an issue and you fix it and tell me 72 hours later. Take pictures, notify me immediately. I do my best but things can be overlooked. It's not my intent to give you a bad home away from home, please help me help you! It's a quiet neighborhood with a lot of military families and Little Rock Air Force Base just a mile down Highway 107. It's out of the way of the busy Little Rock Traffic but easy enough to get to Sherwood and North Little Rock in 10 minutes or less. You can take a walk or run through the pet-friendly Subdivision with little to no traffic and plenty of other like-minded residents doing the same. You will need a car, truck, or motorcycle to get around beyond that whether you want to get to Base a mile away or get to North Little Rock to take in a movie or do some shopping and go out to eat. *Note for Military: Spring through Fall it's pretty easy to ride your bicycle from the house onto Post and get to work or even shop at the commissary if you want to do that. PARKING: There is parking available on premises for at least 3 cars. PET FRIENDLY AIRBNB - fees applicable: Our listing is pet friendly, however due to substantial pet damage incurred by previous guests pets, additional pet fees/pet cleaning fees now apply. We charge an additional $10 per night, per pet and there is an additional $35 pet cleaning service charge. Additional pet cleaning fees may also apply if the house rules are not adhered to. The pet is not to be running around or being left unattended at any time in the house. When guests leave the apt the pet must be with you or kenneled/caged - no exceptions. Pets can not be left unattended on the deck and you must pick up after them. Guests will be held responsible for any damage done by your pet. MISSING/STOLEN/BROKEN ITEMS: Should you break, damage, steal or inadvertently take any of our possessions with you ( linen, towels, kitchen utensils, bed sheets& cups etc) you will be billed for the cost of the goods plus delivery charges. If you fail to report the incident prior to leaving the premises you will be charged a $50 Discovery fee per item. Please check that you have returned all our possessions prior to leaving. Any broken items must be reported immediately to the host. Please respect our home (we live here) and possessions, we are not a hotel/airline - so please do not steal our towels and any other personal possessions such as kitchen utensils, bed sheets and liquor. NO SMOKING - FEES APPLICABLE: This is a no smoking property- not even on the deck! Smoking in house will incur additional professional cleaning fees.
