Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for families, friends, and dogs. Great for family reunions. Backyard has a separate gated area for dogs or even a tent or two for the kids. Charcoal grill available to enjoy in the patio area (remember to use in open area and with caution). There is additional parking behind the house via the alley. Short distance from restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. Everything there is available for your use. Any food that is left is yours to eat, if you so wish. I won't be available in person. Available in an emergency. Junction is named for the convergence of the North and South Llano rivers. Kayaking is a favorite pastime, as well as fishing and hunting. Take a hike in the South Llano State Park or take a drive to Sonora and tour the caverns, then drive to Fort McKavett and tour the former military outpost, and finally, swing over to Menard and visit Presidio de San Saba. An easy, fun, and interesting day trip. Neighbors have dogs. Yards are separated by fencing and Cedar Street House has a chain link fenced area with a gate separating the patio area from a large yard for dogs to roam.
