Quiet Country Apartment in the Village!!!

Apartment has everything you need to relax, unwind, cook and sleep! Ski, hike, or bike Northern VT. 16.9 miles to Stowe Mtn , 23 miles to Smugglers Notch , 30 miles to Bolton Valley , 37 miles to Jay Peak , 39 miles to Sugarbush. 1 mile to Lamoille Valley Rail trail (17 miles of bike/walk trail). 2 amazing breweries, movie theater and plenty or restaurants in town! This amazing space is very private. It is located over our garage and accessed by a private staircase on the backside. You have everything you need in this apartment, walk-able to restaurants and a movie theater. This is like a hotel suite on a private lot, nestled on the outskirts of a beautiful Vermont village. Bedroom one has a queen size bed and bedroom two has a full size bed. This is a private apartment with 2 bedrooms, private bath, in suite laundry, dishwasher, WIFI and everything you need for your stay! You are welcome to take advantage of our yard and lawn furniture as well! We will be happy to answer any questions you might have. We can give you some great ideas of things to do and see and places to eat. We are usually nearby if you need us. A knock, text or phone call away. If we can't be home to greet you, we will leave lights on for you! Morrisville is a small Vermont village with shops, restaurants, bars and a movie theater. There is a park with an outdoor stage that has fantastic live music in the summer. There is a rail trail and bike rentals right in town! The town has multiple farmers markets, full of local products and crafts. All this is within walking distance of the house. There are mountain biking and hiking trails in town that can take you to gorgeous meadows, beautiful waterfalls and mountain top views. A 10 minute drive away is Stowe, ranked one of the most charming villages in New England. There are many more restaurants and shops as well as the 1st Class Stowe Mountain Resort. Situated on Mt Mansfield, Vermont's highest peak, Stowe offers premier skiing and hiking, as well as a Gondola Ride, the Toll Road and soon a 3 section Zip Line. There are more waterfalls, big springs, mountain top lakes and all the wildlife you can take. Lake Elmore is also about a 10 minute drive, for a nice refreshing swim. You can also rent a canoe, kayak, SUP or row boat there. Elmore State Park has hiking trails to the top of Mt Elmore where there is a fire tower you can climb for some truly amazing panoramic views. You can park right outside the apartment. We are less than a mile from Rt 100. There no train stations in town anymore, but Green Mountain Transit has regular bus routes within Morrisville, to and from Stowe and Waterbury. Even to Burlington, Saint Albans, Waitsfield, Warren and Montpelier. There is an Amtrak station in Waterbury and an international airport in Burlington. The apartment is up a flight of stairs. Sorry, we are not wheelchair accessible.
