For the safety of our guest and the safety of our guest’s personal belongings, we have installed smart cameras on the front porch ceiling and on walls of common premises inside the house; kitchen, dining room, living room, and second-floor corridor. The smart cameras does not record all day. The smart cameras only records when there are movements or loud noises and notifies the landlord via WiFi. The smart camera also acts as a smoke detector. It senses smoke from indicator of fire and it can also detect carbon monoxide. During these events, it will record and send the footage to the landlord. Anything that is recorded is only stored for a week. After a week, the recordings are automatically deleted. Note : The security camera will be ONLY active for recording when motion is detected.
