The treehouse is one bedroom with a queen bed. It is about 14 feet up in the air. It is attached to 4 separate 40 foot willow trees in the woods. You'll sleep among the birds and wake up to their singing and chatter. The roof is a deck with a hammock, chairs, and queen air mattress if desired. You can use the fire pit for cooking. A fan is available for hot summer nights. Luxury camping experience with a "Tarzan/jungle" twist! The bathroom is in our basement and is not far from the treehouse. This is a unique experience to stay in a tree house and live among the birds. A one of a kind experience. The property is large and wooded with natural gardens and streams. The shared basement has a weight room and full bath with shower. There is a fridge and microwave in the basement area available for use. We are available when needed and love to interact or offer suggestion to our guest. You can call or text anytime. We will respect your privacy. Mendon is a quiet, small, rural community founded by Utah pioneers. It's a great place for mountain biking and hiking. We have walking and running trails nestled below the Wellsville mountains. Utah State University is 20 min away. Logan is 15 minutes away with shopping and restaurants. We have plenty of parking. Logan is 15 min away. Salt lake is 1 1/2 hours away. I-15 is 20 mins away. There are no services, i.e. Gas or Restaurants in Mendon. If you want to use the treehouse for a photo shoot or other events, it is available for a small fee. You'll need to sign a waiver before using the tree house. You must be over 18 years old to use. You climb two flights of stairs to reach the tree house, there is no handicap access. Disclaimer: Utah winters can be very cold November through March. Best time for treehouse use is June through September. You can book off season only if you’re brave and like to camp outdoors in colder weather. We do have a space heater available. Cotton season about mid-June for 2 weeks. If you have allergies, it may be "snowing" cotton during this time.
