Charming Bungalow in a Perfect Location!

This 1910 bungalow is a charmer! It has been recently remodeled so everything is clean, fresh and in working order! The location is walking distance to Simpson College and just a couple of blocks from the town square where you can do a little shopping or get a bite to eat. Coffee and bakery muffins are provided! Small dogs (30 lbs and under)are allowed with a $35 one time pet fee. The whole house is available for guests plus 3 outdoor sitting areas.
