If you want ultra modern, not the place. Walk to town center. Plenty shops/restaurants.Ten minute walk to train to Boston. Large front yard. Guests are welcome to use the yard area. However that space is also used by other tenant and owner. Space is for tenants only. NOT for visiting friends and family. Guests have access to ONE on site parking space. This space can only be used by registered guest. Parking available for a second vehicle on street only. Please note: there is an overnight parking ban on street parking from December to April. I do live on site but also work full time. I keep to myself as I do not want to be an intrusion. However, more than happy to answer any questions. Very close to center of town. 10 minute walk max. Lots of restaurants and shops. Two commuter rail locations for trains into Boston. 25 minutes from Norwood to South Staion in Boston. One station within walking distance. Close to all major highways, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , and route 1 Additional overnight guests must be approved through landlord in advance. A $25 per extra guest per night applies. Registered guests and additional guests cannot exceed 3 persons total in space. This is a home so not as soundproof as an apartment building. So we ask that you be respectful in terms of noise. Sorry but no parties or large gatherings permitted on site.
