Country Living at its best on 100 Acres!

It has 4 bedrooms with ensuite baths and a guest house by the pool with two bedroom and a bath. It's amazing all four seasons - near Berkshire skiing in the winter or snow shoe for a hike on the trails in the woods or lazing by the pool in the summer. The guest house allows you to bring the in- laws or travel with a baby sitter. There are 3 living areas in the main house and a formal dining room as well as a breakfast room. The house is a set up to enjoy your time there. The furniture is comfortable and the house is full of toys and art supplies for the kids. There is a jungle gym with swings and a slide and a sand box as well as a basketball hoop, soccer nets, kids bikes, tennis equipment to be used at the local free courts. The kitchen has every gadget known to man and two gas grills - one on the blue stone patio at the main house and one by the pool. You will have access to the whole house and the guest house in the summer (or for an additional fee in the winter). Our caretaker is local and can help if there is an issue at the house and we can be reached on (Hidden by Airbnb) and email Chatham is a wonderful small town and all you need is only 3 miles away. This link will give you a feel for what is around (Website hidden by Airbnb) Movies theater, book store, local brewery, phenom cheese shop, wine store (we have two), local grocery, food co-op and farm stands galore. You can take an amtrak train from NYC to Hudson and then the house is 20 min away, 25 min to Albany airport. You will need a car to get around once you are there. The pool is surrounded by a fence but the guest house opens to the pool area. We have supplies for little ones (pack and play, exersaucer, high chair, booster).
