This is a gorgeous, remote, two-story, log-sided waterfront lakehouse on 4 acres at Table Rock Lake. We are a pet-free and smoke free getaway on the Missouri/Arkansas border near multiple water and tourist attractions between Roaring River State Park, Eureka Springs & Branson. Includes kayaks, grill, yard games, wooded acreage & firepit. NOTE: Our water access is a 10-min drive. The best of everything for a family vacation... near major fishing areas/docks, state parks/swimming, shopping/dining, and major water areas and family tourist attractions. There is not direct water access on our property since it is on a high bluff. Enjoy wooded acreage, lake views from the bluff, large yard, indoor and outdoor games, fireplace, fire pit, 3 decks, 2 single-seat kayaks and a 2-seat inflatable kayak. Guests also enjoy hammocks, gas grill, ping pong, mini tree fort, fully-furnished living, private bedrooms, laundry, and a gorgeous, cozy interior. Entire place is yours including 4 acres, garage, 3 traditional bedrooms + a large bonus room for board games / additional sleeping arrangements. NOTE: This all house is on a bluff overlooking the lake so you cannot walk straight down to the water. Swimming and boat ramps are just 10 min. AwY depending on your preference on amenities. Kayaks will need to be placed on your own trailer, pick up, in the back of an SUV, or strapped to the top of your vehicle (May use our ropes to secure and our pool noodles or kayak racks to attach) We are always available through the Airbnb app text service to assist you or answer questions. This is a remote lakeside neighborhood with about 30 homes. You have a lot of privacy as the homes are spread out. This lake house has no other homes on three sides (just a field, forest and the bluff overlooking the lake). There are gas stations, restaurants, Dollar General, gas stations, Roaring River State Park, Eagle Rock State Park, and the Promised Land Safari- just 5 to 15 minutes away. Boat Marinas are 10 minutes away. Eureka Springs- 25 min Branson West- 55 min Roaring River Stare Park- 15 min Dogwood Canyon- 25 min You'll probably not have UBER/LYFT nearby, but shops and attractions are close by (10-30 minutes) and if you go to the quaint and historic Eureka Springs, AR, just 30 minutes away, you'll find amazing shops, views, restaurants, pubs, shows, trails, train rides and trolleys! We have internet and ROKU in this remote area, but it’s based off of cell service, is not always perfect and isn’t the fastest. We are just 10 minutes from Eagle Rock Marina and Eagle Rock Park boat ramps. Also, it’s just 20 minutes away from Big M Marina or 15 minutes from Holiday Island (AR) Marina. You will be on a bluff overlooking the lake, yet can access the closest water to launch kayaks and to swim with about a 10-minute drive. KAYAKS will need to be placed on your own trailer or on top of -or- in the back of an SUV to transport to water. For boat ramp, roped-area swimming beach, picnic tables and restrooms, there is the Eagle Rock State Park just 10 minutes away (nominal day use fee per car of around $4-5) and the amazing Roaring River State Park, Just 15 minutes away (free).
