This 20,000 square foot facility houses the SD GYM Athletic Club, Massage Therapy, Reflexology and The Red Bandana restaurant, with 5,500 square feet upstairs dedicated to 5 guest suites, 4 bathroom /wet areas, a beautiful gathering room with books, games and 55′ flat screen TV and kitchen. The gathering room is richly furnished with family antiques, while the guest rooms lend more toward a modern flair of comfort. As a guest, you will have complimentary access to enjoy the gymnasium in the building, with treadmills, big screen tv's, ellipticals, circuit training, and a infra red sauna. You may also enjoy the gathering room, and the kitchen with other guests. Your host Kent, was born in Sulphur Oklahoma, and the building was built by his grandfather in the early 1900's. Kent has produced hunting and fishing television shows for over 30 years. Kent loves to share stories about the history of the building, set up an excursion for you and your group, or book an appointment for your massage. Holding a black belt in Karate, you can also sign up for a personal self defense class with Kent, for an additional fee. Hotel Sulphur, A Bed and Breakfast, is one block from the Chickasaw National Recreation Area, with hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, fishing, waterfalls picnics and the famous 1920 Buffalo Herd . Also, one block from the Casino, Spa and Restaurants of the famous Artesian Spa and Casino Resort adjacent to the newly built visitors center with it’s Frank Lloyd architectural design. Take a short drive and you can visit the Chickasaw Cultural Center, Lake of the Arbuckles, Antique Shops and a multitude of boutiques and shops that make this area attractive to travelers of all ages and all backgrounds. You can get to many places and attractions by foot, however to see the entire park, or to make a trip to the Chickasaw Cultural Center, you will want a car. As guests, we ask that you take care and respect the space around you, especially if you have children. Some of the furnishings are antiques and might be fragile.
