Minimalist Paradise in Southern Utah

50 acre secluded ranch, magnificent views of Zion Canyon park, excellent hiking trails, Kanarraville Falls slot canyon trails, close to Cedar City and ST George. 11,000' Brianhead Mt. recreation area 45 miles north east of this location. Private, peaceful, serene, relaxing country living, no traffic, no noise, no nighttime light. Stop the hassle, enjoy living life. Minimalist Paradise, no wi-fi, no cable or satellite TV, local TV/DVD and radio only, but cell phones do operate. A fuel surcharge will be collected at $3.50 per hour for air-conditioner usage. AC is provided thru gasoline generator consuming 1 gal./hour, not often needed as nights are cool. A usable fire-pit is available for your use, 1 evening of limited fire wood is provided. Limited storage space for your bags outside of RV in RV compartment. FYI, RV has refrigerator but no freezer get ice at Exit 42, exit to New Harmony. Entire 50 acres except Hosts personal home. Limited walking and hiking paths on property but you can walk anywhere. Use an old fashioned "out house" for a real pioneer homestead experience. BEST and quickest way to contact David is by cell phone as I only use a "flip phone" and I have no apps and can only be contacted thru my computer if I am sitting at it. My phone number will be provided thru e-mail. Country location with Desert and Mountain views at a 5000' altitude. No public transportation available although taxi service can be obtained. We do not provide Wi-fi service but several locations close to this area do provide public access to Wi-fi usage.
