Modern Living in a Classic House

Our second unit is centrally located 1/2 mi. From downtown. All modern amenities and off street parking are included in this spacious, restful space. The kitchen is fully equipped for short or long term stays and we welcome well behaved pets. You'll be expected to keep dog on leash while outside and to scoop the poop.Most of the year there is a large, accessible yard and gardens. Very enjoyable space. Our space has a private entrance, off street parking, great a/c and is quiet and peaceful! While staying here you have easy access to Lake Champlain, Mississquoi Rail Trail(27 miles of trails), very short walk to 14 th Star Brewery and downtown St Albans. We are an hour plus drive to Jay Peak, Smugglers Notch and Stowe. Burlington is 1/2 hour drive. We make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. We are available for any questions or information but otherwise we respect your privacy. We do have several bicycles and bike carrier if you decide you'd like to go for a ride!
