This is a 1510 square feet, day light basement with 2 bedrooms, one full bath, full kitchen, living and dinning area. Guests will have a private entrance with their own deck to take in the views. This home is still in the city limits, but far enough out of town that you feel like you are in the country. This space is not accessible for handicap individuals due to the stairs. The owners live upstairs. We have no children at home, only one old dog that will stay upstairs with us. This is a daylight basement with incredible views of the Baker Valley and surrounding mountains. Close to the Quail Ridge Golf Course and close to downtown.
