NEED SOME ISLAND SERENITY IN 2022? COME TO MADELINE... Book this fabulous cabin now to see how Airbnb's Superhosts are redefining travel once again, by offering safe & clean places to get a away in some of the more far away desired destinations. This high peaked cabin with a large deck is in a forest of trees on the picturesque and historic Madeline Island, allowing vacationers the feeling of going back in time. Come see for yourself! 7 Pines cabin rental is designed for a tranquil life, set in the woods with an open great room concept. It has all basic amenities, like a fully supplied kitchen, towels, sheets, even charcoal for the bbq grill, just bring your favorite food and drinks to enjoy! The stand alone cabin/house rental has 2 bedrooms with full size beds, one bedroom has it's own bathroom, the other has a hall bathroom, full kitchen/greatroom, partially covered wrap around deck with a picnic table and extra room to stroll around in privacy. Perfect for two couples, families, smaller groups, calling all explorers. There's one full size fold out couch, a modern futon, and two chairs in the kitchen/greatroom that has a wooden island in the middle. Large refrigerator, Keurig individual pod coffee maker, blender, toaster, stove top and oven. Drawers are fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses and lots of utensils. Wood to gather nearby, with an large outdoor fire pit. Depending on the conditions, you may want to bring extra wood and dry paper if you plan on having your fair share of fires. Two cats live with me in the Tiny House that's parked nearby on the property, plus we use an outside entrance to the cabin basement. Yet, your privacy is very important to me, I'll steer clear, but no guarantee that the cats won't visit during the day, they own the place. It's Airbnb unique. Thanks for checking out my 7 PINES listing! :)) If your booking for someone else, that's not an Airbnb norm, and would have to be mentioned in order to be approved. If you are a past guest, or might need less space, just ask because at certain times I may not fully book and can accommodate, especially in the early Spring and late Fall. You have an entrance with a double glass french door, along with numerous sliding glass doors that all open to the lofted deck. The back bedroom has it's own outside entrance. ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL, please CALL me once you arrive at the Bayfield ferry dock, for easy directions to the cabin and CHECK IN. My goal is to achieve 100% guests satisfaction! Most of my previous guests thouroughly enjoyed the cabin and space, but everyone doesn't fit the same mold so please communicate with me to make your stay right for you. The cabin is located 1.3 miles from downtown La Pointe, WI. There are a few small shops in town, as well as restaurants, taverns, a wine bar, and numerous art galleries, all with local chatter. Hours this season for businesses are more random than normal, and each business may have their own set of posted rules, flexibility important. The immediate neighborhood surrounds the Madeline Island Golf Club, with old growth timber, and lots of pines. You'll want your car while here on Madeline Island, but bicycling is a popular way to get around during the summer. All ferries carry people, automobiles, trailers, and bikes across from Bayfield, WI. Go ahead and line up, but first you may want to check (Website hidden by Airbnb) for schedule and rates. The driveway isn't large, but it has enough room to park a few vehicles. INSTANT BOOK on Madeline Island now, it's a photographer's haven. The ferry takes 25 minutes and runs regularly from Bayfield, Wisconsin. While here, head to the beach to jump in and discover the healing waters of Lake Superior, walk around the quaint picturesque town of La Pointe, have a BBQ at Joni's Beach Park, stroll the lagoon boardwalk between Big Bay State and Big Bay Town Parks. Get a roaring fire started in the backyard pit while mixing up a cold beverage and enjoy the tranquil surroundings on the large wrap-around deck. There are also many tour options available for great sailing and fishing in the area, book early if possible. Kayaking and canoeing can also be available, weather permitting. Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed golf course is within walking distance. Many businesses are sadly closed due to Covid-19, so be prepared to bring the fun yourself, if you must! Make a note that Bayfield, 2 miles across Lake Superior, has the closest real grocery store. There are two small convenience stores to purchase a few items, once on Madeline Island. There's an extra guest charge ($25 per guests/night) for more than 4 guests. The nightly rate also includes the 6% town sales tax.
