20 miles from Downtown Cincy, 800 SF basement apartment, 1 bedroom, room for air mattresses, family-friendly, lovely back porch and campfire/picnic area with view of woods. Our guests enjoy Chef Rog's hot homemade breakfasts when he is in town. The Ark and Creation Museum are internationally acclaimed attractions and all guests have thoroughly enjoyed visits to both locations - only 24 miles to both sites. They are fantastic venues that make the Bible come alive! Welcome to Northern Kentucky! We welcome you as part of our family. Smaller children will love the downstairs loft for play and sleeping area. We can provide a queen and single air mattress or sleep on the couch to comfortably house 6 people. You will enjoy a private downstairs area and full access to the 1,000 SF main floor including a second TV/living room, beautiful pack porch, Weber grill, campfire, picnic area. Great safe country street for long scenic walk in a very nice neighborhood. There is walkout access to the basement living area. You will have access to a half bath on the first floor in addition to the full bath downstairs. We will be available to help with referrals or many special requests during your stay. You will feel welcomed and loved and want to come back again in the future. Depending on mornings, Chef Roger will be able to cook breakfast, but we cannot guarantee breakfast every morning due to work schedule conflicts. Ask about homemade breakfast!! Beautiful 1.5 mile walk one-way from our driveway to the end of Hutton Drive, a neighborhood of 2-acre lots, rolling hills and lots of woods. Very quiet and family-friendly area only 2.5 miles from the interstate. The best access for public transportation is in Walton or Florence, but we are not near any public transportation lines. Use of your own private transportation is recommended. You will have room to park up to four cars.
