Great space for students, interns and/or staff at the hospital, high school or community college. Room is bright and has two windows - one opening to the backyard. Great convenient location. Wonderfully landscaped yard to enjoy. North Cascades National Park is close with hundreds of beginner to advanced hikes and amazing scenery! Living room, kitchen and laundry room. Good sized front yard and large backyard to share. YMCA is close by with a full gym and pool. Drop in fee of $15.00 Just as much as they are comfortable with. I will be in and out of the kitchen and living room at times. I work form home off and on and my hours can vary but I am always available by phone or text too. Great walking, biking and hiking area. For water fun - close to Clear Lake and Big Lake. Good for beaching/fishing on the Skagit River too. Very convenient to get around with SKAT (bus) or Amtrak. We have two medium sized dogs who are very friendly and two cats. They will mainly stay in my part of the house and backyard.
