Please note there are stairs to enter unit, it is on the 2nd floor. Huge CA King Bed, tons of open space and a big tv. Apartment also has a massive sun room that could make a great reading room / yoga / work out area. Full kitchen, bathroom with a shower and bath. Private entry to apartment. Walking distance to park, small beach, and downtown Point Richmond. Driving distance to Oakland, Berkeley, San Francisco and all of the wonderful trails and beaches in Marin. Ferry into the San Francisco. Huge CA King Bed and tons of open space and a huge tv. tons of natural sunlight. Living room has a futon that turns into a bed and a double recliner, full kitchen, and a sunroom that past guests have used as a yoga / reading room. Walking distance to park, small beach, and downtown area. During certain times of the year there is live music downtown on the 1st Friday of the month. Driving distance to Oakland, Berkeley, San Francisco and all of the wonderful trails and beaches in Marin. Ferry into the San Francisco. Entire Apartment Available by phone, airbnb app or email for questions. Great small town! All walking distance: delicious restaurants, Keller Beach, two parks for kids, Miller Knox Park (big grass park with BBQ and a paved running loop around a pond). Bay Bridge and Richmond Bridges both have tolls. SF Ferry: Departs out of Richmond: Not allowed to post the link but if you (Hidden by Airbnb) it should be easy to find. We love the open space and natural sunlight but we have had older renters complain about the lack of nick-naks/ decour. I want to stress that apartment looks like the photos and you do have to walk up stairs to get into unit, it is on the 2nd floor.
