Extremely safe neighborhood. 5 minute drive to downtown Naperville, with restaurants, pubs, nightlife and more. The house is shared with Conrad and occasionally some family members. You will have all the privacy you need. You get the private master bedroom with a private bathroom. Very quiet, lots of privacy. Windows look out to the lush back yard. You have a desk and lots of closet space in 2 wall-to-wall closets. We have a washer and dryer in the basement for your use, upon request. We are flexible with check-in/check-out times. Guests have access to the private bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, back yard, and patio. Laundry room upon request. Please make yourself at home! We are only 2 miles from downtown Naperville. The neighborhood is very safe and rated one of the best places to live in the nation. District 203 boasts one of the best school systems in the nation. Thirty (30) minute drive to O'hare airport, depending on traffic, 45 min - 1 hr ride to downtown chicago. There is plenty of ubers & Lyfts available at almost all times of the day and night. We are 10 minutes to the train station, with a local bus system that can get you there in the morning as well. Most people have a vehicle to get around. We have room for 1 vehicle in our driveway (sorry, no garage space). Thirty (30) minute drive to O'hare airport, depending on traffic, 45 min - 1 hr ride to downtown chicago. I live in the house and there may be other family members or guests in the house. The bedroom is up a flight of about 14 stairs. There are other bedrooms upstairs as well.
