Private, studio space in Yellow Springs

Attached studio apartment with large, combined living room/bedroom space, private entrance, small kitchen and bathroom, large closet. Garden setting with two decks and hot tub (Hot tub is available for guests exclusively until 11 pm). Queen bed & sofa bed, optional twin air bed. Thermostat in apartment. Very clean, bright space in a quiet neighborhood. Hot tub is exclusively for guests and is available for use until 11pm. Dear welcome guests, As of today, February 8, 2018, I am changing my check in time to anytime after 3pm. Of course, I will honor any reservations made before today for check in time at 2pm. I will also gladly approve an earlier check in time if the space will be available at an earlier time. I simply want more time to have the space in tip top condition for incoming guests.
