Custom gourmet kitchen includes Coffee Bar, large Tea assortment, fresh fruit, grab n’ go breakfast items daily. All cookware, gas BBQ, oils, sauces, rice cooker, crock pot, Air fryer and spices. Pool & Spa both have a beautiful multi-color light show in the evenings. Fire Place, Laundry Room, street parking. Additionally, the host includes a housekeeping service 1X mo. & all utilities. You won't be disappointed. All guests will have a side door key for easy access. Privacy is respected, therefore, I interact with my guests as comfort allows. I am a good communicator and enjoy being a host that makes strangers feel like friends. Many guests are here on business or travel fun or relaxation after a long drive so their needs are always my priority. I want every guest to have a 5-Star Experience @ the “Homey Hotel.” Very "SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD" where many neighbors will be seen walking their pets in the mornings or having their evening strolls. I live a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, car washes, and the Mall. Costco, Walgreens, Starbucks, Trader Joe’s & Sprouts are short drives away. Freeway 99, the mall, groceries, Starbucks, two card room Casinos, restaurants or gas stations are close by. But, there is not a bus line nearby. I have a small 12yr. old Yorkie who is a quiet, loving dog. He will become your pal. I offer fresh fruit, grab n’ go Breakfast items with a 24/7 Coffee Bar & large selection of Teas. The home has security cameras for the safety of everyone. None in private rooms!
