Small room in quiet Bryn Mawr house

My Home is in an upscale suburban college town. 2 train lines run close by and train stations are in walking distance. So are great restaurants, a movie theater, health food stores and public library. By train you can reach Center City Philadelphia in 25 minutes and from there you can also catch a cheap bus to New York City. No smoking, drugs, alcohol. No TV. My house serves well as a place to get a good night sleep, but is not suitable to spend entire days, no couch in the living room. My house is great to sleep and recharge your batteries, before you venture back out into the excitement of city life with all Philadelphia and New York have to offer. The room is on the 2nd floor, you have to climb some stairs. There is a powder room on the main floor. Parking is not always available right in front of the house. Sometimes you have park a block away. You can sit outside on the front porch or on the deck in the back off the kitchen, which is very private. Often I don't interact very much with my guests due to my busy work schedule. Very important to know is, that my house is not suitable for partying and inviting friends. Most of my guests are professionals, who come here for interviews or exams and they need peace and quiet and a good night sleep. Therefore I ask that everyone be very quiet after 10 PM. So no loud conversations, music or telephone conversations at night. If you want to watch movies on your laptop, please bring head phones. And please tip toe and don't slam doors at night. Please don't turn hallway light on after 10 PM (there is a night light).
