The home is beautifully decorated and recently remodeled w an open kitchen to the living room all new kitchen cabinetry. Living room and both downstairs bedrooms include 55” smart TVs. Brand new state of art Washer n dryer set! state of art! New back deck patio set, bbq grill and hot tub! Minimal personal interaction but available at any time to communicate with any needs A very convenient location close to the interstate and all the big restaurants including Walmart and other shopping needs There is plenty of parking in the driveway Hot tub is an amenity, be aware that unforeseen circumstances could arise causing hot tub to not be in use. You will not be able to receive a refund if hot tub is not usable. -$100 deposit is refundable based on no damage in the home, if house has excessive cleaning could cause added cleaning fees that will come out of deposit. Also please note if you are wearing oils or lotions on your skin when you enter the hot tub it will clog my pipes and the filter and cause a yellow film to coat the hot tub if that happens it will require a professional clean and a forfeit of the deposit.
