Minutes from Restaurants and Bars in the historic downtown. Our home is a comfortable little cape cod nestled in the Shenandoah Valley and right off Interstate-81 in Martinsburg, WV. You will be renting the main level of the home with a family room, 2 bedrooms, full bath with large shower, music room, kitchen & dining room. Upstairs is another AIRBNB called The Artist Loft that is completely private and separate from The Sweet Cape Cod. Your neighbors in the rear occupy the Backyard Bungalow AirBNB. The back yard is a private space for the Backyard Bungalow. Please observe quiet time after 10pm. Please play a tune on the piano or acoustic Bass guitar. We offer free WIFI and Netflix. Cook a meal in the fully appointed, gourmet kitchen where you'll find a Kuerig Coffee maker and Starbucks coffee. There are board games in the closet and a washer/dryer in the master bedroom. Walk to the park and downtown Martinsburg where you can catch the MARC Train into Washington, DC. Take a scenic drive west on King Street to our Tuscarora area. If you enjoy rolling fields of Peach and Apple Orchards, old farms, barns, and corn fields, you are in for a treat. We can't wait to meet you! The PARK HOUSE is located across the street from historic War Memorial Park. Enjoy the public pool, tennis courts, picnic areas, playground, and putt putt golf. Visit historic Harpers Ferry, Shepherdstown, and Charles Town WV or Sharpsburg and Antietam MD. We even have a section of the Underground Railroad and incredible Civil War History related to Confederate War Spy Belle Boyd.
