This listing is for a single room within a three-bedroom home in which I reside full-time; it is not an “entire house” listing. Other Airbnb guests will be here during your stay. Please note, there are two listings for this home. Common spaces are shared with other guests. You are invited to relax and lounge in the living room, enjoy full access to the kitchen, dinette, and breakfast bar, utilize the full bath, allocated bedroom, and laundry facilities. A 23 acre developed neighborhood park located in the northwestern portion of the City of Brookfield. The site encompasses wetlands within an isolated natural resource area and was dedicated to the City for parkland in 1954 as part of the plat for the Beverly Hills subdivision.
