This a nice little home, open to all walks of life! My spare room is open, with a nice cozy queen sized bed. With complete access to a Wifi and Netflix up stairs and down. ** But I do still live in the home in the main bedroom. But I have a busy schedule. So I will not be in your way!! My place is a town home, which has a very open floor plan, that is open to you completely. It is my spare bed room. You can access the entire down stairs, which include kitchen, if you need to eat with snacks. The back porch, if you want to stare at my beautiful hill. And up stairs you have access to the laundry room, if you have ONE load of laundry to do. As well as watching Tv down stairs and upstairs. Depending on my work load, I am usually available. But with running a business, things get hard sometime. But if you would rather relax, I completely understand, you just have to let me know. The neighborhood has a pool, but is not open until the weather warms up. I never discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, ethnicity, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status. I provide coffee, tea and instant noodles to our guest/s apart from the knick knacks included during your check in. Feel free to have your morning coffee on the breakfast nook and use the kitchen if needed be. Please serve yourself. I am a non smoker, so I politely request our guest/s that smoking is NOT allowed inside the house but within the outside of my residence. Parking is available on the side, in reserved spots. Cleanliness is next to Godliness. Respect begets respect.
