This bright, airy, modern and clean apartment is situated conveniently near town, but far enough away that you can enjoy the countryside. Sit on the patio while enjoying the breeze and sounds of nature. 8 minutes to Middletown, 18 minutes to Legoland, 21 minutes to Wallkill and 49 minutes to Warwick. This spacious apartment sleeps 6, with a private bedroom with queen size bed, a pull out queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, and a Murphy bed off the kitchen. The bathroom has a washer and dryer, a tub and shower, and the fully equipped kitchen is supplied with everything you need to cook for yourself, from dishware, pots and pans, toaster, and even a kuerig coffee maker. The patio is for your use during your stay but please do not use pond or access other areas as this is private property. The NJ TRANSIT train station is 8 minutes as well as the Shortline Bus station. Middletown train station is about 3 miles away and take take you to NYC in about 1.5 hours. This is an apartment on the first level of a raised ranch with another apartment on the second floor. Therefore we kindly impose a 10pm curfew for both the bnb guests as well as the tenants above.
