Located a block from Continental Square, this historical building is cute and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend downtown, the unit offers city views from a corner room with lots of natural light. This studio apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer. Kitchen wares, linens, pillows and bath towels are provided. This unit includes a parking pass for the nieghboring garage, as well as an option for metered parking directly in front of the building. Known as The Haines Building, this historic building is newly renovated with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This corner unit is in perfect walking distance to both Continental Square and Royal Square in the heart of downtown. We offer self check-in with a lockbox. A key fob will get you into the building with a second regular key to access the unit. Parking is available at meters in front of the building, which are free 5pm to 8am and on weekends, or a city garage next door. A lock box is available on site for all-hours check-ins. If there are any issues, I am just a couple of blocks away on weekdays and can be reached through Airbnb unless noted otherwise. Downtown has undergone major revitalization in the past couple of years. This apartment is in the perfect area to take a walk around to one of the many restaurants, breweries, art galleries and events. Downtown is very walk-able but there is public transportation via Rabbit Transit and Zagster bikes in multiple locations. Parking is available 1 block away as well as street parking which is free on weekends and after 5 on weekdays as well as a garage across the street with the same free hours. Please note that as this unit is newly renovated, guests will be responsible for any damage. We do expect the space to be left the way it was found when it is time to check-out. The building is equipped with xfinity for guests who already have an account but the unit does not have its own WiFi account. We also offer a tv with an HDMI hook up. There is a parking pass provided for the neighboring garage, or metered parking directly in front of the unit.
