Garden Studio Apartment

A true "man cave", this 1,500 sq foot studio apartment has a television, pool table, darts, poker table and a walk out to a patio. You will never want to leave. There is a private entrance and off street parking. This is a walk out studio apartment with an open floor plan. There is a queen size bed and a queen size murphy bed that can be left out or put away. We don't judge of you don't make your bed. There are three recliners for watching television, a kitchenette, and a quiet reading area, if desired. On our covered patio you will find a grill and outdoor sitting that looks out over our well stocked Kio pond. This is the lower floor of our three story home, the outdoor space is yours to enjoy during your stay. There is an active password protected Wi-Fi network. Please keep windows and doors shut, no smoking in the house. If you use the grill you are expected to clean up behind yourself. If you need the temperature adjusted just ask and will be happy to accommodate you. Please check in when you arrive by using the front door, and check out by either text or phone. I do live on the premises but not on this level. This is a walk out studio apartment. Please return the key to the lock box when your stay is complete. We do have a dog and a cat please do not allow them into your space as sometimes they will escort you to the door. We are close to the East Clayton Community Park. We are convenient to route 70 and 42, and about 15 minutes from interstate I-40. Downtown Raleigh is approximately 30 minutes away. You are NOT allowed to bring extra guest. Any change to your reservation requires you to make a correction to your reservation BEFORE (3 pm) check in. We do not allow gatherings, parties, or anything where you are inviting people that are not registered guest. This means only registered guests are to be on the property. You can use the small grill under the black cover. Do not remove the burgundy cover from the other grill, it is not for guest use. You may NOT register for other persons. If you make the reservation you must be with the party staying. As mentioned before we do have pets on property. Our dog Beau, and our cat Sunshine. The cat does travel in and out of doors. Both animals do not live on this floor so please do not invite them.
