Our home is very spacious and comfortable, sitting on 1/2 acre lot that with beautiful views of both the front porch and back deck. The decor is warm and inviting throughout the house. There is a spacious kitchen and dining area with seating for 6 or more, perfect for spending time with family and friends during your stay. Guests will have full access to our entire home; which includes all bedrooms, kitchen, dining, and living spaces. This also includes the front porch, back porch, yard, and driveway. You will have our home to yourselves with easy access to myself and my staff. Our neighborhood is very quiet with tree-lined streets and beautiful homes. Cooper River Park is located just across the street with a 3.65 mile walking path that is great for running or bicycling. Downtown Collingswood is quaint and historic with lovely restaurants, shops and bookstores. There are multiple children's parks around the river that are perfect for families. We are one mile to a 12-minute PATCO train ride to the city of Philadelphia, only 15 minutes if you prefer to drive. Downtown Collingswood is only a short 15 minute walk away from our home. There is a full finished basement with an entertainment room and wet bar. The house is also equipped with a small lending library, board games, cards and a Foosball table for our guests who want to unwind and unplug. Our large driveway can accommodate up to 8 cars.
