Charming house in Senoia and The Walking Dead

House is just 2 doors down from the park and just blocks away from Main St. Senoia, home of The Walking Dead and all the excitement the filming of which brings! The house is a nice size, approx. 1500 SF, with a kitchenette in addition to a diningroom. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and third bedroom has a pull out futon with an armoire. Side porch is fully screened in and has a picnic table - ideal for a comfortable meal. Back door opens to another small sitting area. For stays 4 weeks or more, there is a maximum of $200 on utilities which includes just power, water and sewer, and gas. Anything over that per month is to be reimbursed by renter.
