A Home Away From Home.

New Victorian In Johnston Iowa . We are on a quiet cull de sac, close to freeway , 10 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from airport. We have lots of restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, bars etc. in the neighborhood . We are very close to endless bike trials. We have 5 flat screen TVs with every cable channel you can get including sports ,Wifi, full exercise room . Though we are a non smoking home we do have 3 porches. In the winter our solarium is nice place to sit in the sun and read a book etc., flat screen tv and tropical fish. Kitchen, parlor, living room, family room dining room, solarium, your bedroom, exercise room, decks, porches, gardens. As little or as much as you prefer we are pretty relaxed We live in a wonderful neighborhood There is D.A.R.T. Bus system 1/4 mile from house as well Uber and Lyft here in Des Moines as well as regular taxi service but uber and Lyft are much cheaper and more convenient we use them all the time they quick and efficient. We are empty nesters. The house is not child proofed (3 staircases ) We are very close to walking/running /biking trails . Several right in the neighborhood .
