Peaceful, Private 1 Bedroom Apartment, & Porch

Quiet private 1 bedroom apartment with separate entry, adjacent to my home. Few minute drive to several restaurants in Ayer, Groton, bicycling trail, commuter rail station from Ayer to Boston. Nearby IBM, Coed Boarding School in Groton and Nashoba Ski- area. Private porch that offers relaxing outdoors space, nature and ambiance. Great for couples, adventurers, and business travelers. The Nashua River Rail Trail in Groton is only 2 miles away where you are able to rent Kayaks or enjoy walks. This beautiful apartment gives you the freedom of privacy and not being locked up in one little room. Amenities include private kitchen, bath and laundry in unit. Guests love the open kitchen to living room concept where they can relax and prepare the food they love. Delivery and take out options in close proximity as well. Grocery store a few minutes down the road. If the weather allows, you can sit outside at your private porch closed to the backyard, do some grilling, and enjoy the nature. This is a two family home, with coded entries(URL HIDDEN) Booked guests have private access to the 1 bedroom apartment with large open living room and kitchen as well as a private porch. Bedroom includes a queen bed but additional pull-out couch (queen) and baby crib or toddler bed are available upon request. Private bathroom includs laundry room. Maximum guests preferred are 2, but willing to negotiate. I am a Swiss and US citizen and speak Swiss-German/ German and English. I love my job as a Montesorri teacher and like to interact with people where ever I'm going. Also often, I am going to the Nashua River (5 min from my house)for a walk with my dog. If guest like to explore the area, this a beautiful place to go. Do to the COV-19 I follow the rules of social distance but I am available and around if needed. It is quiet and peaceful but has also everything in walking distance.. Restaurants, dining, nail saloon, Billiard place, gas station, bank, post office ...and more. The town is small but active. The people are friendly and helpful. The Train station is in 15 minutes walk distance where you can find stores, Dunkin' Donuts, sub shops, liquor store, Post office, restaurants, Billiard's pub and more. You will see my dog wandering around in the fenced in yard. My guests typically enjoy meeting my dog upon arrival to put the dog at ease with the new guests. This however is not a requirement for hesitant guests. My dog is incredibly friendly and it will be a non issue regardless. Guests have private entry way and access to their apartment 24/7.
